The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for understanding customers' needs and assisting with proper product selection, use-based agronomic needs, and maintaining and developing profitable customer relationships.
Key Skills, Abilities and Requirements:
Knowledge and/or experience in Agriculture, Business, or a related fieldStrong analytical, negotiation, and relationship skillsProficiency in understanding agricultural products and basic agronomyEffective communication skillsRegularly evaluating the performance of the inside sales teamStrong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayAbility to travel to locations when needed ( Recommended Skills Analytical Communication Customer Relationship Management Negotiation Sales Agronomy Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
